Q. I work in Manhattan and live in Connecticut. Can you recommended a retailer who sells a wide and deep variety of Spanish wines? The stores by me sell the customary Riojas and, once in a while, an Albarino.

Q. I was recently dining at a Spanish restaurant and the manager -- who seemed to know what he was talking about -- said that many Spanish reds should be served chilled. Have you ever heard of this?

Q. While vacationing in Sicily, I came across a wine made from the Nero d'Avola grape – and loved it. The particular wine I had was the Firriato Harmonium, but that has been impossible to find here. -–Katlen Smith, Louisville, Colo. (June 11th, 2004)
